I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment regardless if it is due to sickness or emergencies or etc. In order for me to sustain my business I have to adhere to my policies.If you are 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I won't be able to complete your service due to time restrictions, and you will be charged 50% of the service price. If you no- show, you will no longer be able to book any services going forward & will be charged 50% of the service price. If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to me within 1 week of the service so that we can work out a solution. I won't refund funds for a service provided, but I will work with you to ensure satisfaction.
