Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, things come up, and you need to reschedule, but I do ask for 24 hours or more notice, please.
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I won't be able to complete your service due to time restrictions, and you will be charged 50% of the service price. If you no- show, you will no longer be able to book any services going forward.
