Unfortunately, things come up, and you need to reschedule, but I do ask for at minimum 24 hours notice, please. You can message 309-648-7013. You can also manage your own appointment through Gloss and cancel and reschedule at your own convenience. Do not message the phone number that sends your appointment information, I don't receive any messages through that phone number. I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I won't be able to complete your service due to time restrictions, and you will be charged 25% of the service price. If you no- show, you will no longer be able to book any services going forward & will be charged 25% of the service price. Deposits will be required on all chemical/color services and manicure/ pedicure combos.Deposits are automatically collected at the time of booking. If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to me within 1 week of the service so that we can work out a solution. I won't refund funds for a service provided, but I will work with you to ensure satisfaction.
